2. TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE FROM MEETING

3. DECLARATIONS OF CLLRS. PREJUDICIAL OR PERSONAL INTERESTS IN THE BUSINESS HEREUNDER
None reported.

4. OPEN FORUM FOR MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC TO SPEAK
Mr Norman from Greenacres at Bolnhurst reported that he wishes to extend his property upwards.  He will be having his parents living with him soon and needs the extra room.  He also reported that this extension would make the property much more pleasing to the eye as parts of it have already been extended in the past.

5. PLANNING APPLICATIONS FOR DISCUSSION
- 06/02605/FUL - 1st Floor extension over part of bungalow at Greenacres, Kimbolton Road, Bolnhurst, Beds, MK44 2ES: Cllr. Mrs Browning reported that she has concerns that several bungalows in the parish are being extended to bigger properties and converted into houses, however, she could see no planning objections to this proposal.   It was agreed unanimously that the plot is large enough for this extension and therefore, the Council would support this application.
- 06/02691/FUL - Single storey side extension including conservatory at Manor Croft, School Lane, Bolnhurst, Beds, MK44 2EN: It was agreed unanimously to support this application.

6. CLOSE OF MEETING
There being no other business, the chairman closed the meeting at 7:45 pm
