1. MEMBERS PRESENT
Cllr. Mrs Whitmore (Chairman), Cllr. Bates, Cllr. Mrs Browning, Cllr. Bryans, Cllr. Dix, Cllr. Mrs Landmann, Cllr. Worth and two members of the public.  The Clerk Mrs Maddison was in attendance.

2. TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE FROM MEETING
None received.

3. DECLARATIONS OF CLLRS. PREJUDICIAL OR PERSONAL INTERESTS IN THE BUSINESS HEREUNDER
None received.

4. OPEN FORUM FOR MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC TO SPEAK
The applicant on behalf of Kymbrook playgroup (06/01736/FUL) reported that the community needs to grow and with the 'wrap around market' at present, the playgroup is an essential add on to the school.  She also reported that the site was fantastic as it is still very much in close proximity of the school and there had previously been a building on this site.  She reported that there are issues with the road (as the pedestrian entrance is on a bend) and perhaps at a later date, railings or a flashing light could be erected, however, access will be provided through the school play ground also.

5. PLANNING APPLICATIONS FOR DISCUSSION:
06/01736/FUL - Erection of a single storey nursery school building at Kymbrook Lower School, Kimbolton Road, Keysoe, MK44 2HT
Having listened to the applicant and following in-depth discussions it was agreed unanimously that the building should be supported but there was some concerns regarding the pedestrian access onto the main B660.  Some Cllrs. thought that parents would park on this bend to drop off and collect children which would make this hazardous for both pedestrians and motorists alike and would therefore recommend access through the school playground only.  However, with 4 in favour it was resolved to support the application in its entirety.
06/01789/FUL - Two storey detached extension to side of dwelling and erection of detached single garage to rear (revised description) at 1 Wybridge, Keysoe, Beds, MK44 2HL
The Parish Council supported this application when it was first presented to the Borough Council and therefore fully supports this revised version.

6. CLOSE OF MEETING
There being no other business, the Chairman closed the meeting at 19:20 hours
