1. MEMBERS PRESENT
Cllr. Mrs Whitmore (Chairman), Cllr. Bates, Cllr. Mrs Browning, Cllr. Bryans, Cllr. Dix and Cllr. Mrs Landmann and one member of the public. The Clerk Mrs Maddison was in attendance.

4. OPEN FORUM FOR MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC TO SPEAK
Mr Clark (the applicant for planning application. No. 06/02241/OUT) informed the Parish Council that he wishes to build a bungalow and rent it out until he can pass it on to a member of his family when she reaches 25 years old in 17 years time. He also informed the Parish Council that it was not his intention to build any more properties on this plot.
5. PLANNING APPLICATIONS FOR DISCUSSION
06/02241/OUT - Erection of detached bungalow and garage – all matters reserved to land west of The Bungalow, Keysoe Row West, MK44 2JF – Following mixed thoughts with three in favour of supporting this development due to the lack of bungalows/houses in the parish and three against this development due to it being outside of the local structure plan also concerns that this may escalate, the chairman had the casting vote and it was resolved to oppose this application.
