Minutes of 11th December 2006 Planning Committee Print E-mail
The verified minutes of the planning meeting held in Old School, Bolnhurst on Monday 11th December 2006 were:

1. MEMBERS PRESENT
Cllr. Mrs Whitmore (Chairman), Cllr. Bates, Cllr. Dix, Cllr. Worth and one member of the public.  The Clerk, Mrs Maddison was in attendance.

2. TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE FROM MEETING
Cllr. Mrs Browning, Cllr. Bryans and Cllr. Mrs Landmann

3. DECLARATIONS OF CLLRS. PREJUDICIAL OR PERSONAL INTERESTS IN THE BUSINESS HEREUNDER
None reported.

4. OPEN FORUM FOR MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC TO SPEAK
No one wished to speak.

5. PLANNING APPLICATION DECISIONS MADE BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL – FOR INFORMATION ONLY
06/02280/FUL - Replacement dwelling - Revised house design to incorporate a conservatory to Janet’s Place, Kimbolton Road, Keysoe, MK44 2HH – Permission Granted.
06/02605/FUL – 1st Floor extension over part of bungalow to Greenacres, Kimbolton Road, Bolnhurst, Beds, MK44 2ES – Permission Granted.

6. PLANNING APPLICATIONS FOR DISCUSSION
06/03091/FUL – Erection of grain store with drying facilities at Park Farm, Riseley Road, Keysoe, Beds, MK44 2HU – Cllr. Dix had visited the site and the neighbours and there were no reported objections.  It was therefore resolved to support this application.
06/03172/FUL – Erection of porch to front of property at Ceilidh Cottage, Keysoe Row West, Keysoe, MK44 2JJ: Cllr. Dix had visited the site and the neighbours and there were no objections to this.  It was therefore resolved to support this application.

7. CLOSE OF MEETING
There being no other business, the chairman closed the meeting at 19:40 hours.
