The verified minutes of the planning meeting held in the Village Hall, Keysoe on Monday 2nd July 2007 were:
1. MEMBERS PRESENT
Cllr. Mrs Whitmore (Chairman), Cllr. Mrs Browning, Cllr. Bryans, Cllr. Mrs Landmann and Cllr. Worth. There was one member of the public present and the Clerk Mrs Maddison was in attendance.
2. TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE FROM MEETING

3. DECLARATIONS OF CLLRS. PREJUDICIAL OR PERSONAL INTERESTS IN THE BUSINESS HEREUNDER
Cllr. Mrs Whitmore declared and personal and prejudicial interest in planning application No. 07/01657/FUL.
4. OPEN FORUM FOR MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC TO SPEAK
No items.
5. PLANNING APPLICATIONS FOR DISCUSSION
07/01631/FUL – Erection of detached garage with ancillary accommodation at first floor level at Janet’s Place, Kimbolton Road, Keysoe, MK44 2HH – It was resolved with all in favour to support this application.
07/01657/FUL – Detached garage with store above to side of dwelling to Laburnham Cottage, Kimbolton Road, Bolnhurst, MK44 2EL – Cllr. Mrs Whitmore left the room and Cllr. Bryans took the Chair. Cllr. Worth was aware that the neighbours were objecting to the height of the garage, however, if was felt that this would not impinge on his light and it was therefore resolved with all in favour to support this application.
6. CLOSE OF MEETING
Cllr. Mrs Whitmore re took the chair and declared the meeting closed at 19:25 hours.
