4. TO VERIFY THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON MONDAY 25th SEPTEMBER 2006 AND PLANNING MEETING OF 2nd  OCTOBER 2006

8. PLANNING
For information only:
- 06/01931/FUL – Erection of detached garage at Rosemary Cottage, Keysoe Row West - Permission granted.
- 06/02059/FUL – Outbuilding at rear of property (development already carried out) at Ceilidh Cottage, Keysoe Row West – Permission granted.
- 06/01979/COU – Change of use of land to residential garden and erection of double garage at Southfields Lodge, Kimbolton Road, Bolnhurst – Permission granted.
- 06/01736/FUL – Erection of single storey nursery school building at Kymbrook Lower School, Kimbolton Road, Keysoe – Application withdrawn.
For discussion:
- 06/02098/FUL – Single storey side extension and canopy over living room window to front.  Alterations to roof to form new bedroom in attic.  Replace existing garage and games room with new garage and games room including storage room over in new location to front of property.  (Revised size and siting of garage) to White Cottage, Keysoe Row West

9. FINANCE
To agree the signing of the following cheques: Bolnhurst Old School  £10.00, Kymbrook Playgroup (rural grant) £307.74, Nalc (Quality Status Application Fee) £29.38, Mrs J Maddison (Clerks Account) £411.69.
Rural grant money received from Beds Bor. Council £307.74.
   
10. ROYAL BRITISH LEGION
Laying of the Parish Council wreath and also amount of donation towards this.

11. POSSIBILITY OF PROVIDING A DOG WASTE BIN AT THE TOP OF MILL HILL, KEYSOE

13. PROVISION OF PROVIDING MORE SHRUBS/HEDGING AROUND THE PLAYING FIELD PERIMETER

16. TOWN AND PARISH COUNCIL HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE PARTNERSHIP SCHEME AND THE POSSIBILTY OF PROVIDING A VEHICLE ACTIVATED SIGN


17. CORRESPONDENCE RECEIVED

- Bedford and Kempston Conservative Association – Mrs Nicky Attenborough has accepted the offer to come and speak at the Annual Parish Meeting in March.
- North Beds Town and Parish Council Reception – Friday 3rd November at County Hall 6.45 for 7.00pm – RSVP 30.10.06
- East Midlands Regional Assembly – Dates have been received of public events where the draft regional plan can be discussed.
- Bedford Borough Council -  State of the Borough Debate will be held on 4th November 2006 in the Harpur Suite, Bedford at 9.30am – RSVP
- Local Democracy week Youth Participation Morning – This will be held on Friday 20th October 9.30 in Haynes Village Hall – RSVP
- Bedford County Council – BOAT 68 Hangman’s Lane – An interpretive panel (sign) has been erected along Riseley Road, Keysoe.
- BATPC – Agendas have been received for the Agm which will be held on Wednesday 25th October  in Cranfield Village Hall at 7.30pm
- Bedford County Council – Community Emergency Plan – Follow up letter has been received.
