For discussion:

Laying of the Parish Council wreath and also amount of donation towards this.

13. PROVISION OF PROVIDING MORE SHRUBS/HEDGING AROUND THE PLAYING FIELD PERIMETER

- Bedford and Kempston Conservative Association Mrs Nicky Attenborough has accepted the offer to come and speak at the Annual Parish Meeting in March.
- North Beds Town and Parish Council Reception Friday 3rd November at County Hall 6.45 for 7.00pm RSVP 30.10.06
- East Midlands Regional Assembly Dates have been received of public events where the draft regional plan can be discussed.
- Bedford Borough Council - State of the Borough Debate will be held on 4th November 2006 in the Harpur Suite, Bedford at 9.30am RSVP
- Local Democracy week Youth Participation Morning This will be held on Friday 20th October 9.30 in Haynes Village Hall RSVP
- Bedford County Council BOAT 68 Hangmans Lane An interpretive panel (sign) has been erected along Riseley Road, Keysoe.
- BATPC Agendas have been received for the Agm which will be held on Wednesday 25th October in Cranfield Village Hall at 7.30pm
- Bedford County Council Community Emergency Plan Follow up letter has been received.
