Bolnhurst & Keysoe Parish Councillors Print E-mail
Bolnhurst and Keysoe is a civil parish with a population (as at 2001) of 734. It is served by 7 Parish Councillors who meet, usually monthly, in the Village Hall at Keysoe.

All Parish Council meetings are open to the press and the public and there is a public open session at the start of each meeting for a total of 15 minutes, when any member of the parish can put forward their concerns or ideas to the Parish Council.

The Parish Council also holds Planning meetings and Committee meetings mid month if there is a need to do so.  These are also held in Keysoe Village Hall at 7.30pm and are open to the public and press also. The dates for these meetings are advertised on the three Parish notice boards.

Please feel free to come along to any of the Parish Council Meetings either to address the Council with your concerns or ideas or just to listen to the meeting and be one of the first to know of any new ideas or problems the Council is discussing for you.

The Parish council are committed to making the most of your parish.  The Bus shelters are maintained and kept in a clean and tidy condition. Three new dog waste bins have been purchased. Two new Parish Notice boards have been made and erected. The grass verges are cut regularly and kept in a tidy fashion.  A good relationship has been established with the Highways Dept. and the Parish Council are continually striving to get improvements to the existing footpaths and roads.
