Children are eligible to enter the following classes (with any specific age restrictions shown below); - Biggest Sunflower Head (any age upto 13 years)
- Prettiest Sunflower (any age upto 13 years)
- Teacup of Garden Flowers (any age upto 13 years)
- A Lego model using standard Lego bricks and with finished size no larger than 1 cubic foot (upto 7 years)
- Any 3 vegetables (two age categories; 7-11 years
and 12-16 years)
- The Biggest Runner Bean grown using a jam jar and blotting paper (5 years old and under)
- 3 Decorated Fairy Cakes (upto 13 years)
- Craft - an open class for children (16 years and under)
